One of the worst support teams I've ever had the experience of talking to. It has been months of me trying to ask for a refund for a figure and the only thing they do is ask for the order number, say that the refund will happen, and then nothing. I've already tried contacting the bank, but they say that I should talk to the seller directly, and you can imagine how that is going.

I would not recommend buying from them. If this is how they treat a customer asking for a refund, I cannot imagine how they'll treat someone whose figure might get lost or might come broken.
