In remission after stage IV cHL, now struggling with joint pain

I was diagnosed with stage IV cHL on Christmas Day last year and completed my 4 rounds of escalated BEACOPDac in April. I’m now in remission, but not long after I was off the steroids I developed severe joint pain and stiffness, along with the sudden onset of some muscle weakness in my legs. I didn’t have these symptoms while I was receiving treatment, so I’m a little bit surprised to be so impaired now that I’m off everything. I can still walk without much pain, but going from sitting to standing is a real struggle!
Has anyone else experienced this during their recovery from treatment?
I’m going to get advice from my specialist and maybe some physical therapy, but if you’ve been through this I’d love to hear about what helped and how long the recovery was. At the moment this is feeling like yet another painful stage of this never ending experience! 😔
