Vesna V2 calcs by Zajef
Before ppl freak out over the rotation time, apparently the leakers have found a new combo which allows Vesna, CMC, Odette, Vodyanitsa to have a 18 sec rotation. So her field time is shorter than ppl thought.

Vesna is on Emberwell, CMC on Sig, Faruzan on Fav, Odette on new event wep, Vodyanitsa on TTDS (If not mentioned otherwise). Odette on Furnace, CMC on TOM, Faruzan on VV. When using Vodyanitsa she goes on tom and CMC just goes 2pc-2pc (unless you have a godly winds set).
Faruzan's er req are about 220-230 at c6, at c0 its like 350 (lol)
Disclaimer: This is not for sheet dps pvp or comparing with other TC's. It's just to understand your team options on your account since Vesna's team building is more nuanced than one might think. Having Faruzan at C6/ needing defensive ability changes a lot of things.
So it pretty much looks like if you are looking for vertical investment going on her weapon banner is the best since it will also have the new gacha bow.
Currently she herself looks pretty strong, so I'm not expecting any buffs in V3 for her. On the other hand Vodyanitsa looks very underpowered. Ppl claim she gives defensive utility so she should be worse, but I would like to remind everyone of Escoffier, Linnea who are still broken despite having defensive utility.
The only angle I could see her getting buffs would be the fact that she is only slightly better than C2 Mizuki, so that can be a reason they decide to buff her slightly but I doubt hoyo considers that.
