Hey guys,

I think this is the best online place to ask this, but can you guys recommend me some good proper recipe books for these specific cuisines?

The enshitification of Google and the bastardized copy-paste recipes I keep seeing in results are driving me nuts.

I kid you not, I spent 2 hours today trying to find some good recipes that seem authentic and I can honestly tell it's a white person cooking (no offense) due to the sheer lack of proper spices.

I don't mind saffron or other expensive spices or ingredients, I want the good shit. I want to make the ancestors of these cultures proud. And I want to learn their recipes proper, with books, not from Google's slop results.
