I beat the Gem last night. Amazing game and honestly worth the increased price tag. However...
I am I the only one who thinks the final battle against Ganondorf was done the best in Twilight Princess? I definitely liked the final battle in TotK which I enjoyed more than BotW even though the >!Final Dragon fight was non-threatening, but quite the visual spectacle!<. Having to face Zelda (Posessed) via classic energy ball tug-of-war, then Beast Ganon, then Ganon on horseback with Zelda wielding Light Arrows, and then a final sword-to-sword duel with Ganondorf was the series best imo. It was an instant classic that hasn't been replicated in my eyes.
I still much prefer ToTK as a whole as it is to me the best Zelda game imo simply because I love the freedom, exploration, and creativity it offers. Zonia Devices were a great addition on top of the triple-layered world they reside in. So much to do!
BotW did Sage powers WAY better than TotK by a mile and a half.
