There is a 2013 Boxster S with clean title no accidents, sports chrono, and 65k miles pending sale on Carvana for $34k. There are others 2015-2016 Boxster S with 60k miles, clean title and no options for $50k+. What would be the cause of the big price discrepancies?

I’m in the market for a 981 base. Ideally with a PSE, I would add it afterwards if not. I’m curious if you think prices will fall in the winter. They seem to have steadily climbed since last winter, with them being ~5k higher now. And I’m fine with waiting 4 months to save 5k.
