This is my first deck and first time learning. I read something about interviewing your deck and I thought it would be a good way to start pulling some cards and finding their meaning to start interpreting.
I asked six questions and pulled one card for each. I didn’t research any kind of spreads I was just trying to get to know the cards and get a feel for it. I found the questions online and asked from a list and maybe that has had an impact because it wasn’t coming from the heart?
Anyway i asked: what is your personality? What are your strengths? What are your limitations? What are you here to teach me? How can I learn to collaborate with you? What are the potential outcomes of our working relationship? What readings do you most enjoy? What is your first impression of me as a reader?
It seems like almost everything is really negative here and points to deception/indecision or worse. the only card that seems positive came out when I asked about limitations. And the last card seems okay but I don’t understand it in the context really.
Does this mean the cards have bad energy or are deceitful? Is that possible? Or Is this something about my knowledge level or the way I went about things?
Any advice would help please!
