I wanted to get everyone’s opinion as I am new to the Invisalign journey.
I had braces as a kid. Approx 3 years, way back in the 90’s. Front teeth have since moved a bit and some slight movement on top. Not a big deal. I’m in SoCal also.
My dentist, whom I really like told me I could do Invisalign Go, 6 months with some refinements, $4800. I decided to see a local orthodontist. My thinking was if Invisalign is only 6 months perhaps braces would be faster. After X-rays and photos, the orthodontist tells me it will be 22 months wear time, $9000. He said my back teeth all fit together fine, we would be moving the front. I am in shock.
Does this sound crazy??
