Best way for my aging father to bring water out during the winter
As the title says, my dad is getting older and in the winter, he carries a five gallon bucket of fresh water out about 200 feet so that the chickens can have water for the day. I want to get something for him so he doesn’t have to do this when I’m off at college. Is there any recommendations on what I should do? I’m worried he will hurt himself sometime soon and I want to prevent that. I know heaters exist that keep the water from freezing but that only delays the problem for a day or two at most. Thanks I really appreciate any suggestions!
