Shopify Exchange Reconciliation
Hi All,
I’m a former NetSuite user (I was at SuiteWorld in 2024) but now we’re on Cin7. Like many others who end up a pseudo admin, I’ve had to learn the shortcomings of syncing two platforms and what often gets skipped.
One of the things that has always been a struggle were exchange orders where original order would post, credit would show up, but the exchange fulfillment wouldn’t land if the order was set to capture at time of order vs after fulfillment. We rely on capture at the time of order because that gives us visibility on component allocation.
All of this to say, I have built a Shopify app that identifies these orders for void/resync etc. I’d really like to know if there’s any utility in the application for others? I launched it completely free right now. I’m just looking for feedback.
