Fruity - sweet air smell after my two week of vacation

IT IS THE TUBE.
After reading your replies, I did again “finer” troubleshooting.
I used a spare tube and the smell was gone.
Soaked again the orig. tube with more vinegar and scraped the tube with the flexi brush and the smell has gone.

I think my unit is contaminated with mold.
I just came back from my two weeks trip from Taiwan and just cleaned the unit. ( vinegar and mild dish soap)
But the air coming out form the Airsense 11 smell like the hotel I stayed! The air conditioner had the same small.
My son, says it smell like Taiwan. 😅😅
I am almost certain this is not good.
I tried to vent the unit without water like 30’+
But still the smell is still present.

I have changed my filter as well.
