I'm trying to upscale from videos I downloaded from sites in the early-mid 2000s. They are mostly 480p, I have an older version of Topaz (before subscription) and I'm also using apps like Real-Video-Enhancer and Chainner, but there are so many models on openmodeldb I don't know where to start. I honestly would love some help analyzing the videos to figure out where to start, I have used mediainfo to gather basics like is the video interlaced/frame rate. I would really like a process or application to help me determine the issues with the videos that can be corrected. I've also tried staxrip and hybrid, but I am just trying different setting with trail and error. Sorry for the ramble and thanks for any advise!
