Trying to set up ADR for our sfh HOA in NC. Our city has a free mediation program and the next cheapest is CAI’s $750 program. We haven’t had any major issue with the last four years and I want to keep it that way by trying to de-escalate things and using mediation instead of expensive lawyers.

Looking for feed back on what kind of issues occur when using a mediator for example an arc violation?
