Looking for something for Engineering Uni and Gaming

  • Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US: 8500 Saudi Riyals
  • Are you open to refurbs/used? Only if its from a local reputable company
  • How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? would like it to last about 7 years, i expect to never go under 60fps average when gaming, build quality should be alright most important is that it is easy to handle and carry, id prefer a higher battery life but ill often be using with a nearby charger so it isnt too much of an issue
  • How important is weight and thinness to you? they are quite important as this is for school, being able to carry and move this around with ease is a priority.
  • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. minimum 12 inch
  • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. I know i will be gaming
  • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want? Minecraft, Valorant, RDR2, GTA5, etc. i expect 60fps average but want around 120. id like to play in 1440p but i would be willing to go a little lower
  • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)? Not really, but i would prefer a finger-print reader
  • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion. I do want something that has many ports, minimum one hdmi port, one usb A port, and one usb c port.
