Hi need some advice. I have 2 tiles that make a popping sound. Does not sounds like a subfloor creek more of a pop like grout or under the tiles is moving.

If I re grout will that help? How can I carefully remove single tiles, is that possible? What do I do?

Changing my vanity and sink so thinking of re tiling now but also not the most experienced.
