I’ll keep this short. I got APP3 in January and basically wore them everyday for 2 months until I started noticing a steep degradation of the ANC. It got to the point where it would actually only work at 10% of what it did when I first got them. I thought damn maybe this is placebo effect that people were talking about, but I still decided to go to the apple store to get them checked.
I was told they were indeed defective and that it was a hardware issue. They told me APP3’s were often returned because of that. I got them replaced and headed back home. Tried the ANC and it sounded so damn good yay!!
Anyways fast forward 2 months later, and we’re back at 10% effectiveness. I’m going to the apple store again to maybe get a refund because this is annoying.
Has anyone else had similar issues with the ANC? I searched quite a bit on the internet and somehow couldn’t find one specific case like mine, so maybe I’m just really that unlucky?
