Merge IRA to deferred comp?

I’m a government employee with a deferred comp that I am maxing and it is doing well (approx 170,000)

Prior to that I had a 401k that an old employer that I rolled into an IRA with a financial advisor (approx 70,000). I never really looked much into the IRA much and recently looked at the details. I’m being charged approx 250 a quarter in fees which seems like a lot for such a small amount. Especially compared to the deferred comp. It’s frustrating I left a lot of money on the table for years but better late than never.

Would it be smart to roll it altogether in my government deferred comp? From my understanding I wouldn’t be able to take that money out as early as my deferred comp, just like the IRA. But is there any other draw backs? I’d prefer to have the money altogether, but if I have to open an account separately myself it wouldn’t be the end of the world.
