10 amp, 3 Pin Jones to RJ45 Dongle

Hi guys, I need advice. I run a Non-Profit that does Bingo. Our machines use Cinch Jones 10 Amp Cable Mounted Male & Female 3 Pin Connectors. These, being soldered and cinched, have issues with repeated use as the machine is rolled into place and disconnected weekly. I'd like to create a different connection to use, and I'm toying with the idea of creating, home-made, a 3 Pin to RJ45 Dongle so I can use generic Cat 5 Patch Cables to connect the machine to the wall outlet I'm making.

Right now it's just Cables that are strung along walls and are permanently just "Hanging out" and looks like an eyesore to the hall. I want to run the cables in the attic and down the walls to female jacks in plates, but this 3-pin system is going to take so much custom plate creation and be all jerry-rigged. If I could design an RJ-45 connection, it makes that part simpler, and as the cables wear from use, a new patch cable is so much more readily accessible to a Non-Profit Volunteer.

What I'm unfamiliar with is: With multiple ports: I want to make a female port by the Bingo Display Machines on the wall so the machines can be taken down easily for cleaning, etc..., Then run static lines down the wall or through the attic and down the wall by the stage to another port on the wall. I then want to make a double sided male patch cable that plugs into the wall and plugs into the machine, so that cable is easily unplugged and tucked away with the caller's machine when it needs to be put away.

1.) Does multiple plug ports cause signal loss issues for this kind of system that will make it inoperable?

2.) Is making a Dongle not possible due to wire size and connection issues? With no knowledge, I was wondering if I could use something like: https://www.l-com.com/ethernet-modular-adapter-db9-female-rj45-8x8-jack-slotted-screws?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=Shopping%20-%20%20PMax%20-%20Ethernet%20Cabling&keyword=&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20046232752&gbraid=0AAAAAD9ns-kwOeMrThkmDdK4YceWkteJ1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwk_bPBhDXARIsACiq8R2TF_v8y-bJSLd-cxVLsZAzCL2qf-YkfpzQLESNFa6PJOVk2fZjmjoaAn_DEALw_wcB to make a dongle like this? I also can just use regular RJ45 Keystones. I just don't know if there's low voltage issues here.

Any advice?

Edit:

https://www.us-bingo.com/cart/cart.html?sku=BE-PRESIDENTIAL-II&sku2=BE-PRESIDENTIAL-II&tp=more_info this is a VERY Close model to the machine system. I know I identified 10 AMP as the output, but that is just because that is what the connection heads are rated at. I have no spec sheets, but I know the current system has VERY Thin wires, so I have no idea what it's putting out.
