Can Selank help anxiety + focus after a vasovagal syncope?

Hello, I have a question about Selank. About six months ago, I took modafinil for focus, but I combined it with energy drinks, and a few hours later I experienced a real vasovagal syncope with complete loss of consciousness. Since then, my nervous system has developed a panic disorder related to the fear of having another episode.

Now, what happens is different from the original syncope. I sometimes get smaller vasovagal-like episodes without actually fainting, or short panic attacks lasting a few minutes. If I start overthinking physical sensations or the possibility of fainting, I can unintentionally trigger anxiety symptoms myself. The constant overanalyzing is mentally exhausting on a daily basis.

It has improved over time though. It’s been around six months since the original syncope, and these smaller episodes happen rarely now. They usually happen when I’m in a closed environment without an easy way to leave (like elevators or public bathrooms), or when I experience an unusual bodily sensation, especially late in the day when I’m tired and stressed and have that “heavy head” feeling.

I would like to start taking Selank, but since the modafinil episode I’m still a bit worried about trying new substances. I would like to know if there are any real risks in my situation, or if Selank could actually help by providing a focus effect while calming my nervous system at the same time. I’d also like to know what people usually recommend in cases like mine.
