Some of my custom kit-bashed rebel pilots

I had a huge Lego Star Wars problem in 2023 and collected pretty much all of the rebel pilots and kit-bashed a bunch of custom pilots and wanted to share here

Undextruded 85a tpu benchy ender 3 v3 plus

I have a couple thousand hours printing on both my ender and p1s but I have never once seen a print outcome like this for context I attempted the print 85a durometer tpu on my ender which is a direct drive because it works so well on my p1s but this was the outcome even when bypassing the ptfe tube altogether I used the same settings that I have tuned for my p1s and applied them to my ender and this was the result my only conclusion can be that there is too much elasticity in the filament to print on my ender without under extruding the outcome looks like a withered benchy lol I am working on a gantry mounted spool holder to see if that will work but yeah enjoy the mashed up boat
