I built a free tool that replaces the 5 apps I was using to run my project-based business
I was running my project across 5 different tools — projects in Notion, invoices in Wave, time tracking in Toggl, taxes in a spreadsheet I was scared to open. Nothing talked to each other. I got frustrated enough to build something.
It combines: project tracker (tasks, Gantt, milestones, time logs), invoice builder with aging reports, pipeline tracker with revenue forecasting, timesheet with heatmap, rate calculator, tax estimator, and client directory — all connected.
It's in beta - free to use, no credit card. There are rough edges. That's partly why I'm posting.
Would love for freelancers here to try it and tell me what's broken, what's missing, or what doesn't make sense. Genuine feedback only — no need to be nice about it.
