Im 5’0 literally 190lbs the heaviest I’ve been shits insane 😖 anyways. I’ve been going to the gym for like a month now 2-3 days a week been doing glutes and arm/back and after every workout incline walk trying to stay in zone 2 to use fat for energy. Anyways my question is should I lose weight first or do body recomp because I want to lose weight but keep my thighs and butt. Any tips are appreciated!
