Evidence Submission Board
Does anyone have an idea on where the board is on assigning appeals to judges? Mine has been waiting for a judge since Nov 2025. I’m just curious on where they’re at in the docket.

HLR timeline
My attorney put in a HLR that was received July 29. I usually get a call by now. Still haven’t got one as of Aug 11. Is this now normal?

Evidence Judge review
Has anyone recently done an evidence submission Judge Appeal? Mine has been in for sleep apnea since Nov 25. I know they take awhile but I’m just going stir crazy from the lack of movement.
