Hi guys. Ive had hydrogen only sibo no methane for 3 years. Ive tried tons of herbals, antibiotics, elemental diet. Nothing works. Ive never taken PPIs, never had surgeries, tested negative for IBS smart test, no mold, no Lyme, no PCOS. My lower belly literally feels rock hard 24/7 and the gas is always sloshing and building throughout the day its horrible. I do not throw up ever it's more distention and bloated feeling where my stomach is rock hard. The only thing that worked was Silverfern nanoscrub which supposedly stops all fermentation... when I took this I heard hunger rumbles for the first time in years but the second I stopped everything came back. Im desperate and open to any and all thoughts on what my root cause is I truly have no idea since I'm 19 and my symptoms started randomly when I was 16. I've tried motegrity at night and it didn't help I go to the bathroom 2-3 times a day but nothing relieves the gas.

Ive done a GI Map, HTMA test, Mold test, Lyme test, IBS smart test, elastase test, small bowel barium to check for structural issues.

Hi guys! I have had chronic hydrogen sibo that does not repspond to antibiotics or antimicronaisl ro even the elemental diet. I do not have constiaption or diarrhea I go to the bathroom every morning but it does not matter because I get backed up of gas. The only thing that worked was NANOSCRUB by the brand sivlerfern. My gas dramatically decreased and I got hunger rumbles for the first time in 3 years because they were not blocked by the gas. Does anyone know any other root causes of sibo that would cause gas to accumulate and therefore block motility. Ive never taken PPIs, no surgeries, no PCOS, normal elastase levels, no mold, no H. Pylori, thyroid is fine. Im 19 so I don't know of any other issues that would have caused me to get sibo or not be able to recover without Nanoscrub.
