Currently trying to taper down from 4 years of 20 mg. I'm on like week two of taking 10mg (tapered down from 15mg) and I feel so weird. I'm getting palpitations, dizziness, brain zaps, sensory/perception changes, brain fog, losing my train of thought when I'm trying to speak to people, and just not feeling well at all. Doctor tried to have me take fluoxetine while on paxil and it basically felt like a soft version of serotonin syndrome (was feeling like I was gonna pass out, panic attacks, restlessness, etc).

I wish I could just take like a month off from work to get sorted out but obviously I can't.
