How Do I Get Erroneous Needs Attention Box To Disappear?
I haven't been able to work for a week because my "W9 needs attention." Then when I tap the red box, the appropriate W9 page won't load and the app takes me back to the red box saying "Something went wrong!"
Has anyone ever had this happen?
My ticket to tech support has been pending ever since I first reported the problem last Thursday. Since then, I have been a pest which I'm sure has helped immensely. In addition to multiple phone calls, I emailed (4 times) a W9 I downloaded from the IRS website to all the Spark email addresses I had. Reported it as an incident in the app on a daily basis, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it 6 times. Can't think of anything else to do. Ideas anyone? (Needless to say, I will never ever ever update my address again.)
Not digging this nonconsensual vacation. Patience is not one of my virtues.
