Hey everyone, planning to build a new PC soon. I’ll be playing mostly heavy AAA titles at 1440p with Ray Tracing, and occasionally some CS2 (wanting to hit that 240Hz mark there).
Part List:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (The gaming king)
- GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 5070 Gaming Trio OC
- RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 (EXPO)
- MB: ASRock B650M Pro RS
- SSD: Samsung 990 Evo Plus 1TB NVMe
- PSU: Cougar GEX X2 850W (ATX 3.0)
- Cooler: DeepCool AK620 Zero Dark
- Case: DeepCool CG530 4F + 3x Zezzio Prism 6 Pro fans
- Monitor: TITAN ARMY P2510S Plus (24.5", 2K, IPS, 240Hz)
- Keyboard: Ajazz AK820 Max Plus
- Is this setup powerful enough for heavy AAA games at 1440p with max settings?
- Does the RTX 5070 + 7800X3D combo make sense for a long-term build?
- How many years do you think this build will stay relevant before needing an upgrade?
