I should have been flagged HT/WT, but got reassignment orders which state the purpose of reassignment to be promotion. Effective 06/01.

Already had the ABCP counseling, and notified current chain of command. No active flag in IPPSA, and rank has (P).

Is it actually a promotion?
When do the actual promotion orders typically come through?
