Techie in Europe: Just wrapped up NRI property buys in Bhubaneswar (Not a broker)
I’m a tech professional based in Europe. Like many of you, I wanted to invest some savings back home but was stressed about navigating FEMA regulations, NRI registration, and managing it all from thousands of miles away.
I just went through the entire process of buying a spacious 2BHK and 3BHK at a premium high-rise project in the Phulnakhara twin-city corridor. The paperwork and registration turned out to be incredibly seamless once I figured out the right structure.

However, because I’ve spent months doing the legal vetting and building direct ties with reliable developers in Odisha, I’ve found a few excellent property referrals (large apartments and plots ) that make a lot of sense for NRI portfolios.
