Sleep cycle sensibility

I started suffering from sleep disorders in 2023. I was never a big sleeper, when I was a child I was always the first to wake up at sleepovers for example. In 2023 it got much worse literally ruining my summer, caused most probably by anxiety and psychological problems I had in that period. Now I’m better, but any slight change in my sleep cycle messes me up for 1/2 weeks: I’m a student and I randomly work at events to be indipendent and whenever I have to wake up in the morning I’m fucked, for the next 2 weeks I’ll wake up at 7:00 or 8:00 in the morning even if I sleep at 2:00. I have a med prescribed to me but it helps with falling asleep, not prolonging the sleep itself. What’s your experience with sleep cycle changes and do you have any suggestions?
