Me and my wife have just had a baby, we are from Canada (although have quite of lot of familiarity with the UK and have travelled here regularly), we have lived here for 2 years in East Dulwich, SE London.

We are lucky enough for afford a 550k property.

We are wondering where you'd live if your requirements were:

- a Victorian house

- 3-4 good pubs within walking distance (and easy access to more if needed)

- a community of liberal/progressive people

- Great schools

- Good access to nature
