Need Help choosing the correct program

I want to start a challenge and my aim is to loose weight and also tone my body. I was currently doing a pilates challenge from rachel’s fit pilates and it is ending tomorrow and i need a new program to start.
This program was my first time working out ever in my life and i am 21F so i am still kind of a beginner.
Please suggest good ones that would work for my goals. Thankyou <3
