Opinions on different types of SW
Hi all- I currently work in an organisation where we drive from house to house to deliver care, and I do love the people heaps. But the driving part sucks.
I’ve also gotten the opportunity to do a different company that does sleepovers and needs people at the house to stay 24/7.
My question is, which is better in the long run? I know everyone’s different and has different opinions about it so I was curious to see what other support workers say. I’m torn.
TIA
