Slow Drain, AAV doesn’t seem to help very much.

Plumbed in this kitchen for my in-laws, and it’s slow to drain. The sink cabinet moved from the corner to the middle of the wall, and for some reason I decided to just stick the drain out of the floor rather than behind the drywall.
Drains fast for about 30 seconds then bubbles and a pretty slow rate. I initially just had a 90 to the p trap. Asked ChatGPT and it told me an AAV would solve the slow drain. I cut the 90, used a sanitary T and added the AAV on top. That helped a little, not a bunch. It worked very well with the AAV unscrewed, water started bubbling out of the top of the sanitary T.
Then I tried to place the AAV on the horizontal part, and that helped delay the bubbles, and also helped it drain even faster after the slowdown, but it’s still not as fast as the water goes in from the faucet, so it starts building up.
The vent Pipe is in the adjacent wall, and goes all the way through the roof. All the horizontal runs are well past the slope requirements.
