Would you replace this drywall?
I rent and in January the roof leaked into my unit causing some water damage. The e HOA didn’t repair the roof until April when another snowstorm hit. My ceiling was furthered damaged and now the area is about 5’ long. The repairman that the HOA sent is saying the drywall is in good shape and is just sanding, patching and, painting. I’m concerned about mold and for the sake of the homeowner I want it to be fixed correctly. My property manager is not responsive and doesn’t seem to give damn. Do you think the drywall is fine to leave up?
