Things that helped me:
- don’t load too many toppings
-shape the dough with the “steering wheel” tactic
- flour the pizza peel and give the pie a “shimmy”
- heat up the ooni hot enough to get the stone to ~450F, but then open it up to let the interior cool down just a bit before putting in the pie
