Am I…kind of ready in 10 years? (37m)

Lots of people humble bragging in this sub but I want assurance because AI replacement is giving me a ton of anxiety, I think about being replaced by AI every day, and I don’t think it’s realistic for me to switch careers right now. But I am very good at my current job so that I don’t think I will have career issues in the next five years. But in 10 years I don’t think I will be able to get a job.

I have home fully paid off: 650k
Retirement Accounts: 300k
Investment Accounts: 300k
Next five years: 100k more in retirement and 300k more in investments

My partner and I are planning to downsize and rent an 1.5k one bedroom and rent our house out for 3.5k a month.

We have no kids.

I know America sort of have a common retirement home system. But I feel like I never hear about that sort of system in European countries.
