BigLaw Options
I’m a 2L with a job secured this summer at a very mid tier firm. I go to a T20, I transferred from a T150 school. I had some BigLaw interviews in the past but really dropped the ball second semester of my first year (I finished 1L with a 3.5). And so far in 2L I have a 3.3. What are my best options for BigLaw? Can I lateral in somehow? Where should I work? Please advise.
I’m open to any creative options as well - whether that be working in a specific practice group, getting a clerkship?? (Although I’ve heard these are also difficult to secure). I’ve even thought of the Tax LLM at NYU law
