My roommates and I are looking to sublet our four-person apartment in Collegetown this summer, from June 1 to July 31, 2026 (start date flexible). Three rooms will be available for the summer. We're discounting the price to $700 per month (utilities/ internet included, $1400 total), but we are open to negotiation.
