1BHK needed in Janakpuri/Palam/Paschim Vihar

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a 1BHK flat (no flatmates/sharing) moving in by 20th June.

Preferred Locations:

Janakpuri/Palam/Paschim Vihar

My Requirements:

Budget: ₹15,000-17,000( if the property is really good can extand a bit)

Condition: Fully furnished, including AC, washing machine and other modern amenities.

Space: Looking for something spacious and well-ventilated. A balcony would be a huge plus.

Security: Flat must have a safety door. The approach road should be safe and easily accessible for cabs/Zomato/Blinkit.

Setup: I would prefer if there is a Govt. Electricity Meter.

I would like to talk to the owner directly so that all the things can be clarified before hand, as I plan to live at the place for a long period.(There should be no restriction regarding guests coming etc.)

About Me:

I’m a male working professional. I’m a quiet tenant, keep the place clean, and pay rent on time. Just looking for a peaceful, independent spot to call home.

Recommended area for Rent

I(M) will be moving to Delhi for my job, and my office is in Janakpuri, Dabri Mor is the nearest metro station.

What are some of the peaceful localities that I can consider for renting a 1/2 BHK at a reasonable rate? I don't want to spend more than 45 minute on commute and want to live in a decent neighborhood at the same time.

Any suggestions will be most helpful!
