How many doses can I get from a 5mg pen?

I’m planning to restart mounjaro after a break.

I have a 5mg pen and want to start on a 1.25 dose because 2.5 had a strong effect, and I ended up with not so great symptoms

My question is how many doses can I get at 1.25 from the pen? I assume it would be quite a lot, which would take me way past the recommended 30 days. Is there any issue with doing this?

Starting again after a 2 month break

For context, I started in January and stopped at the end of March because I started getting episodes of severe vomiting and diarrhoea. They weren’t linked to dose days, and seemed to occur randomly.

I managed to lose nearly 2 stone, and got down to around 10stone 9lbs.

Before i stopped I had ordered a 5mg pen with the plan to micro dose 2.5 so it would last me longer but never started using it.

Since end of March, I’ve gained about 4 lbs, now hovering between 10.12 and 11st. I’ve noticed my bad habits coming back and the food noise and i just feel down about it.

Should I go back on it, taking the 2.5 from the 5mg? I think my vomiting etc could have been due to my very low appetite, so I wasn’t eating enough fibre or protein because the food aversion was so strong. I also definitely could have been better with hydration. Any thought on this would be appreciated.

Glad to be done but feeling hopeless

Finished orals today, and I do feel relieved but just reflecting on how today and previous days went I feel so hopeless.

Made so many silly mistakes, like today, forgot to ask an important question in interview that impacted so much on my attendance note. Left out specific details in note, for example, I left out some of what I advised in interview that really should have been noted in AN.

Was hoping my orals would’ve went better because I don’t feel like my writtens were enough. Sigh. I honestly don’t think I can put myself through this again

Would anyone have any sets of flashcards they would recommend for the tests for criminal and disputes?

I have my own notes but I think doing quick rounds of flashcards would help but haven’t come across many !

Thanks :)

Will anything actually be done if I make a noise complaint?

A neighbour to the back of our house is constantly playing drums in what I assume to be a shed in their garden. It’s not sound insulated at all, and on days where the weather is good they seem to take it outside and play so it’s even louder.

It’s multiple times a day for 30-40 mins at least, and it’s getting frustrating. They are currently playing right now and it’s 9pm, it’s the third time I’ve heard them today.

My partner works night shift and so sleeps during the day and has been consistently woken up because of it. The late night playing has also disturbed our toddlers sleep.

Idk what else to do, I understand everyone has a right to do what they want on their property but it’s getting so frustrating.

Am I wasting my time making a noise complaint?

I feel hopeless after today

Flopped legal research, think I got the wrong answer for all, and don’t think I applied it well enough to the client. Was just pasting in quotes and hoping for the best.

Writing - what was that got the law entirely wrong and spoke about irrelevant stuff

Drafting - only one I feel remotely fine about but at the same time I didn’t have time to check over and I’m worried I made stupid mistakes

CMA - forgot two essential points to make so stupid and think I left out an option we were supposed to use

Overall not feeling great. I think tomorrow I need to focus on actually remembering to apply to the client and give actual advice😭

Is it possible to do really badly in 4 exams out of the 16 and still get a pass??
