Can someone tell me how to change the background of Apple Music local files

Like in the first picture the background was automatically purple and I want to know if I can set background colors and how I would do that for the second picture. Just think that would make the albums look a lot better.

Can someone tell me what makes the background of a local file a certain color and if so how do I change it

I just think it looks better with the main color of the album as the background. The 2 pictures are both local files of albums and one has a background color but the other one doesn’t and I don’t really understand why it has it and the other doesn’t. If someone could help that would be great.
