Hi,

I have a strong family history of pernicious anaemia, I also have an autoimmune disorder already.

I am constantly tired, have low ferritin, pale ect.

This is where I am confused on whether to ask. So my b12 is 392, I have b12 injections every three months so was expecting them to be much higher. If I didn’t have injections I would not think anything of the result.

Am I overthinking it?
