Hey! so i am a boy in iran(dont ask me how im posting this w the internet blackout situation) you all got any tips on how to study better on war-time?

Like i feel like im so unmotivated to even open the book. before the war there was never a day which i studied less than 8 hours. im 16 and the situation here is just really devastating.
