Hi all, I just wanted to know what the policy is for moving to another civil service dept if you're at risk?

If I'm at the bottom of seo in terms of pay in my current dept and that exceeds the upper banding for heo in another gov dept, given that I am at risk of redundancy, would that additional element of the salary be awarded to me as part of pay protections?
