I bought a money tree a bit under a year ago. I’ve been told this is not actually a money tree though so I’m not sure. It’s been progressively losing leaves and has this black stuff on the stems. I’ve tried fungicide, but nothing seems to help. The soil feels bone dry, but when I water it, leaves yellow and die almost every time. It’s immediately next to an east facing sliding glass door that never has the curtains closed. So it gets a lot of indirect sun. Any advice at all?
