Hi, I’m a student working on an early software project related to PFMEA and Control Plan review. I’d like to understand how this work is actually done in practice.

Thinking about the last review you personally completed:

• What triggered it?
• How did you work through it, and which documents or tools did you use?
• Where did you run into difficulties, if any?
