Hi everyone!

I’m starting a temp full time NGN position in BC in an acute unit within Fraser Health Authority and was wondering what usually happens after the 6 months.
For those who’ve gone through it (any BC health authority):
Were you able to stay in your unit or did you have to move/apply elsewhere?

How did you end up getting a regular full-time line, if you did?

Any advice from experienced and is also really appreciated.
