I had read here that it was a better deal to sign up for ITC in the store versus online. However, the girl I just spoke with said it was the exact same deal, and the only advantage to a store sign up is that the membership implements quicker. Is that accurate or do I need to talk to a different employee?

Bought some long nose pliers and not sure about the quality. Hard to see in the first two attached pics but the jaws are a bit offset. In the third pic you can see the asymmetry where they were ground down (that one is just cosmetic and doesn’t bother me too much). Thoughts? Too picky?

I don’t know what the proper term for it is, but how do you do the thing where you make the engraved print more legible? I know you put stuff over the whole area and then wipe it off, but I’ve tried a few different products and nothing has worked. Appreciate any guidance you folks have
