I’m going into English with a minor in social work with the goal of going to law school afterwards or finding a job helping people (still figuring it out heh) I’ve visited both colleges and I truly don’t know which one to pick.
I like how big Albany is and how it’s in the middle of a city but I’m worried I’ll be out of my depth. I also worry about how small Geneseo is and if there will be nothing to do there. Not to mention it’s much less diverse and of a smaller population.
Please help with some pros and cons or your personal experience with either schools?!?!
** also not to mention, Binghamton has been my dream school for the longest time and I got accepted for Spring 2027 but waitlisted for Fall 2026. Do I put my deposit down for their school too or just accept my fate? HELP
